    Disgusting store. The seedlings arrived in terrible condition, three had difficulty coming out, one died safely. I ordered varigata horseradish, the regular one arrived and it is fighting for its life. And the price is not cheap - 300 rubles. for the spine. Part of the order did not arrive at all. It’s good that I didn’t buy it with prepayment. I ordered a lot from different online stores, but this planting material I see it for the first time. I'm a fool for not reading the reviews in advance.

    I received seedlings 3 out of 9 are alive, the rest all came small and rotted successfully. There was a Tatar honeysuckle, one thin branch with roots that didn’t come to life. I’ve seen many online stores I was ordering seedlings, this store disappointed me the most.

    Very disappointed this year. The seedlings did not arrive all that I ordered, the size does not correspond to the specified one, the age does not correspond. One seedling is completely dry, but its dry roots stretch half a kilo. Other seedlings are either old or small, with only one bud, which, although green, is broken off.

The plants are in a deplorable state and this is not the fault of the post office, I assure you. Since the soil is wet in the containers, but the plants themselves they turn out golden. out of 4, 2 are completely dry. Let me remind you that the containers are wet. Dereza and actinidia are so dry that they even fell off. It’s a pity for wasted money. “Thank you so much” for the money spent!

Last 2018, I placed an order for hydrangeas from you, the seedlings arrived in excellent quality, in containers, the seedlings themselves were in size, which is indicated somewhere around 40 cm. Today, April 25, 2019, I received seedlings in terrible condition - paniculata hydrangea, the seedling itself is 15 cm - broken at the root, two cinquefoil bushes are broken, David's buddleia - one is in good condition, the second is broken at the very root. The entire product is packed in a box that can only hold two plants, not 5 pieces, and they are also stuffed with paper. All plants were broken by your workers during packaging. Why this attitude this year? I was happy last year, I gave your address, people are ordering. What happened cannot be treated this way. What will I plant now?

    I have been ordering seedlings from Garden World for a long time. I was happy with everything. But this year I was very disappointed. I paid for everything at once. The order was almost five thousand. But much did not arrive. Moreover, there is also rotten stuff. It’s impossible to get through by phone, they don’t respond to email for a long time. We requested an invoice, but still no response. What can you look at there for so long? You just need to compare the order with the invoice.     Excellent shop!!! I have been with them for almost 10 years, one might say, almost from the very opening. The plants arrive well packaged and handle delivery well. At first I used mail, now I use delivery, I choose a point closer to home, I pay upon receipt. If I see a plant that is not of very high quality upon receipt, I take a photo, send a claim to their mail, they always respond. I plant, if it is not accepted, I take a photo, write and the money is returned , or counted towards future orders. Very conscientious and decent workers and owners, I think so.

    Disgusting work of the Garden World online store! This is the last time I ordered and paid immediately! If it weren’t for this circumstance, I would have bought it in another store long ago. Order 414476 was 02/20/19, only 02/26, payment attached, after repeated calls. It was a real problem to get through to them: they don’t hear me, I leave a request for a call back, write letters, and they only call back after 3 days. Then they assured us that we would send it this week. Three days later I call again, because the status of the order does not change in my personal account, they say we will ship next week on Tuesday, they say we ship ONCE a week.. I’m shocked, in other stores they ship within a couple of days maximum! As a result, today is 01.03. I'm waiting beyond next week now... This is not work! For a paid order, I'm waiting 2 weeks for it to be sent to me, no words...
