Relevance of the problem

In the conditions of a difficult period of instability and social conflicts, universal human values ​​have been lost in many areas of our lives. Nowadays there is a particularly acute need to restore lost values: humanism and mercy, philanthropy and compassion, which should be cultivated from childhood. Therefore, we, the participants of the preschool organization “WE”, decided to develop the project “Crossroads of Good Deeds”.

The relevance of the project is to help the child determine a system of moral values ​​and priorities in life as early as possible, then he (the child) will strive to help people, while solving the problem of free time and useful employment for children.

This project contributes to the formation of initiative, responsibility, humanity, which in turn creates motivation to take an active social role. In our project, we pay priority attention to working with vulnerable segments of the population: WWII veterans, home front workers, retired teachers, children in difficult life situations.

The purpose of the project is the development of a children's initiative to provide assistance to socially vulnerable segments of the population of the village of Spasskoye.

To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve a number of tasks:

  1. organize various shapes working with veterans, disabled people, lonely people, children in difficult life situations;
  2. provide assistance to vulnerable segments of the population;
  3. collect material from the memories of veterans and home front workers about the years of the Great Patriotic War for the publication of the school newspaper “The Fifth Corner”;

Results: Children aged 8 - 14 years took part in the survey, a total of 345 students. From grades 2 to 4 (primary school) - 155 students, from grades 5 to 8 (secondary school) - 190 students. The diagnostic results are presented in the form of tables and diagrams.

A survey was conducted among the participants of the preschool educational institution “WE” in order to determine the relevance of the proposed project and the attitude of the children to the problem posed. QUESTIONNAIRE

Children believe that veterans need help from others (84%), but some of them see themselves as helpers (25%). 71% of respondents believe that it is necessary to create a stronghold on the basis of our school to provide assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, which means that they will take an active part not only in its creation, but also in its work.

What is a social project?

A social project is understood as a clearly formulated idea regarding a specific social problem or aimed at improving some aspect of social life. What should the project comply with?

The project must meet the following conditions:

After choosing a direction, you should decide on the goal: for example, if science was chosen, then the specific goal could be the popularization of radio electronics, engineering, physics, the scientific method of study, the creation of a logical thought club or an astronomical circle.

After determining your goals, you need to think about tasks - the most concentrated goals. An example of tasks could be the following: instilling qualities that will allow difficult teenagers at risk to settle in life as a normal citizen, or helping in determining a place of study/work after graduation. When the direction, goals and objectives are determined, then the action plan and implementation deadlines should be discussed, as well as the place where all the developments will be put to life. The action plan should contain as detailed a list of actions as possible, which will indicate what should be done to achieve the goals. The competition is held in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and is aimed at supporting social entrepreneurship.

We invite you to participate in the competition individual entrepreneurs, commercial organizations and socially-oriented non-profit organizations in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

Social life is so complex and diverse that sometimes mechanisms are needed to structure and regulate it, allowing one to successfully solve emerging problems and attract all the necessary resources for this. One such successful mechanism is social engineering.

What is social engineering and when did it originate? Some researchers believe that social design has always existed, at least since antiquity; in this sense, Plato’s “Republic” can be considered one of the first social projects. Others argue that we can talk about social design only starting from the 20-30s of our century, when a design ideology emerged, within which the task of designing new public relations, new man, socialist culture, i.e. what today is considered to be social activities. There is a point of view that social design is being formed only now, since at present there has been an awareness of social design and its patterns are being formed, in which the ideology and methods of design, as well as the sociological approach, are purposefully carried out.

In connection with the ongoing changes in society, attention to social design is increasing more and more, and today this topic is relevant, as the effectiveness of design technologies in managing social life is increasingly realized.

When implementing a particular project, it is necessary to clearly know the strategy for its implementation and the tactics of project management. And for this, in turn, it is important to have a clear understanding of the features and properties of a given project, which can be done through knowledge of the classifications of social projects.

Based on the above, the purpose of this essay is to describe the typology of social projects.

1. The essence of social design and social project

Let's turn to the essence of the concept « social design ». The activity of creating a project is called design. Social design there is a way of expressing the idea of ​​improving the environment in the language of specific goals, objectives, measures and actions to achieve them, as well as a description of the necessary resources for the practical implementation of the plan and specific deadlines for the implementation of the described goal. In its most general form, social design is the construction of an action localized in place, time and resources, aimed at achieving a socially significant goal.

Social design refers to the following activities:

· socially significant, having a social effect;

· the result of such activity is the creation of a real (but not necessarily material) “product” of practical importance.

A project is a description of a specific situation that needs to be improved and specific methods and steps for its implementation. More project is a means of managing activities, the most down-to-earth, concrete and feasible form for an institution/organization.

Social project is a model of proposed changes in the immediate social environment in the form of:

· verbal description of the proposed actions to implement these changes;

· graphic images (drawings, diagrams, etc.);

· numerical indicators and calculations necessary for the implementation of planned actions.

Features of the project:

· The goal is to change the situation, solve a problem, create something new;

· Established start and end dates;

· Certain resources;

· The product or result being measured.

Project management is the process of managing all work on a project from inception to completion.

Management includes three main activities :

1. Planning:

— Determining the desired results of the project. Those. prescribing what you want to see after the project is completed.

— Development of an implementation strategy and work schedule. All invented activities, including searching for resources and sponsors (if any are needed), as well as various meetings, promotions, and surveys and risks (problems that may arise during the implementation of the project) must be written down along with deadlines and responsible persons .

— Calculation of the amount of required resources. Roughly speaking, everything that is needed to develop and implement the project (people, money, travel costs, office expenses, etc.)

2. Organization: distribution of roles and responsibilities within the project team.

If one person in project team develops a work plan, looks for sponsors, negotiates with the administration of a city or district, conducts surveys, is responsible for all activities, then most likely he will not do all his work or will do it poorly. And who needs it? Therefore, there is a division of labor, including in project activities. It will be necessary to understand who will do what based on their capabilities and abilities. Of course, in order to share responsibilities in a team, you first need the team itself.

3. Management: inclusion of this type of activity in the design will help make the work in the project better and more efficient:

— Management of work and monitoring of results (appointment of responsible persons and reports on work performed).

— Solving emerging problems. If problems arise during the implementation of the project that were not included in the risks, they require the fastest possible resolution. Because if not resolved, they can negatively affect the progress of the project, and in the worst case, the set goal will not be achieved. It's not all that scary though. It is still difficult to foresee all the problems, but if they arise, you need to try to solve them.

— Exchange of information with stakeholders (depending on the problem the project is aimed at solving).

2. Social Design Concepts

As part of the disclosure of the main classifications of social projects, it will be useful to dwell on the basic concepts of social design, since it is on the basis of them that certain typologies of projects are formulated.

Modern concepts of social project activity increasingly proceed from the fact that the human determinant of innovation is not some prerequisite for design; although it is important, it is still private aspect, but the very essence of the social project, its philosophical and sociological basis. The design of technical innovations has undergone a noticeable evolution in this direction. Systems engineering design, of course, is not a thing of the past, but one cannot help but see that it is increasingly being pushed aside sociotechnical design, the concept of which is based on the fact that “the main attention should be paid not to machine components, but to human activity, its social and psychological aspects". The humanitarianization of sociotechnical design leads to the formation of a significant trend: “Design itself becomes the source of the formation of design topics and thereby enters the sphere of cultural and historical activity... Sociotechnical design is design without prototypes, and therefore it is focused on the implementation of ideals that are formed in the theoretical and methodological spheres or in culture as a whole.”

Such characteristics seem to reflect an increasingly definite shift in the core (concept, performance assessment) of social project activity into the value sphere. It is precisely because of this circumstance that the opportunity arises to look at our established approaches to social design from a new point of view.

Most common object-oriented approach to social design (term by T. M. Dridze Social project, from the standpoint of this approach, aims to create a new one or reconstruct an existing one social object. The object can be a structure, but also social connections and relationships.

According to the definition of Zh. T. Toshchenko, “social design is specific activity, associated with a scientifically based determination of options for the development of new social processes and phenomena and with a targeted radical change in specific social institutions.” Social design is considered as a specific planned activity, the essence of which is the scientifically based determination of the parameters for the formation of future social projects or processes in order to ensure optimal conditions for the emergence, operation and development of new or reconstructed objects. Because of this, in particular, the range of social projects “completely coincides with the range of social forecasts and social innovations.”

The specificity of the object-oriented approach is the idea of ​​the natural nature of the project, its scientific validity as objectivity. This is where the weakness of the concept comes to light. The problem lies in the interpretation of objectivity and science in the social sphere. The determination of social innovations is variable. S. N. Bulgakov rightly noted: “Although social politics in general is capable of being scientific, but this does not mean at all that from these scientific premises only one system of politics necessarily follows, and it is precisely this that is the only scientific one. On the contrary, different, but at the same time with the same degree of scientifically sound, directions for social policy can follow from the same scientific data, in other words, different uses can be made from a given scientific instrument. It is only through a misunderstanding of the nature of science and the limits of social determinism that the widespread idea that only one scientific social policy". The scientific validity of the designed object is thus provable only in the most general provisions and is controversial in relation to a specific management decision.

The social project is aimed at improving the life of society. Its main feature is the lack of material benefits for the organizers and the improvement of any aspect of society. Next, let's take a closer look at what it is.

Concept

A social project is a type of activity aimed at developing the social sphere, organizing effective social work, solving social problems (overcoming poverty, increasing the level of education, etc.). If a socio-economic project is aimed at making a profit, then the goal of a social project is to improve any social aspect of life: the education system, healthcare, changes in better side life of elderly people without any material benefit for the organizers. Therefore, their initiators are often charitable foundations, educational non-profit organizations, religious communities, but there are also citizens who simply want to help other people.

Let's give an example of a social project. In Russia, a bracelet with a GPS navigator and a panic button was created for notification in an emergency. The idea was suggested by chance. The authors cared for elderly people who had memory problems. The risk of getting lost is high for pensioners with such ailments. Just walk an extra two blocks and they may never find their way back.
