Ingredients: half a kilo of poultry fillet, 220 g of high-quality cheese, a stick of butter, half a glass of breadcrumbs, salt, a mixture of peppers, half a bunch of fresh dill.

  4. Flour is poured onto the finished hearts. It quickly mixes with the broth. The lumps of the bulk ingredient should completely disperse.
  5. Sour cream is added.

Ingredients: 6 pcs. medium fillet, 320 ml tomato sauce, half an onion, sweet pepper, carrot, 2 teeth. garlic, 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, 70 ml each of chicken broth and dry white wine, salt, fresh herbs, pepper.
