This is a unique project, the participants of which will offer their customers a real lifetime guarantee on products from the Veka profile. The project was developed specifically for our country - there are no analogues either in Russia or in the world. In Transbaikalia, the first and only partner of the project was Alyuk. By the way, “Alucom” is generally one of the first participants in the “Century Guarantee”; about 10 profile processing companies throughout Russia participate in it. Recently a manager came to the plant technical department Veka Rus company Andrey Akulov to inspect the production for the upcoming entry into the project.
Which Alyukom products have a “century-long guarantee”?
All products made from Veka profile. These can be windows, doors, balcony glazing - any translucent structures produced by the plant from the profile of a German company. Right now Alucom is undergoing tests and inspections in order to receive a special certificate giving the right to use the “Century Warranty”. Such a certificate is valid for one year, then it needs to be renewed - production must be checked again and the quality of the manufactured products must be confirmed.
What if I accidentally break or break a window? Will the warranty expire?
If we are talking about an accidental breakdown, then no. Alukom specialists will come and fix the window in the same way as if it had broken on its own. But if the installers see that the damage was caused intentionally, the company will deny you a warranty.
