Job responsibilities. Manages the work of the student dormitory. Carries out check-in and check-out of the hostel, monitors the timeliness and correctness of registration of residents and check-out of citizens leaving the hostel. Organizes cleaning of premises and monitors the cleanliness of bedrooms and places common use. Monitors the proper operation of the electrical network, communications, water supply, sewerage and other equipment of the hostel. Ensures the issuance and reception of bedding and necessary equipment for residents, issues the necessary certificates to those leaving the hostel, fills out bypass sheets and information about the absence of debts. Keeps records of existing property, periodically inspects it and ensures its safety. If necessary, draws up acts for the write-off of property, inventory, material assets, in the prescribed manner draws up documents to recover the cost of damaged, lost property, inventory from the guilty parties. Monitors the provision of the hostel with the necessary property, equipment, and supplies. Monitors compliance by residents of the dormitory with labor protection and fire safety rules, maintains a book of records of sanitary and fire supervision, as well as a book of complaints and suggestions, takes measures to eliminate the noted deficiencies and resolve conflict situations that arise between residents of the dormitory and service personnel. Provides cultural and educational work.
