The measurers - Vladimir Ivanov, Evgeniy Kirillin - are complete amateurs.

Bottom line - I will write an official complaint; over the phone they refused to make new windows.

The team to install the window was supposed to arrive on October 1, 2015, they arrived only on October 3, 2015, no one notified me that they would not come, I had to call the company myself and find out from the inadequate employees. October 3, 2015 The team discovered that the connecting elements of the window were not laminated; one bay window was laminated with other colors. Due to the onset of cold weather, it was necessary to own funds erect a temporary wall to prevent the batteries from freezing, because the old window was dismantled. October 20, 2015 I got a new bay window and again with the wrong lamination. I had to agree to install this bay window, because... the cold was coming. October 23, 2015 One installer arrived without the necessary tools, self-tapping screws, and not enough mounting foam. I had to help him during installation, because... the window was heavy and could fall out onto the street, as a result of the installation I had to point out the defects, the work of the craftsman was disgusting... As a result, a window was installed with incorrect lamination, a lot of chips on the window, a cracked handle, etc. For the entire time, not a single call from the company, not a single apology for the delay; when calling, employees switch from department to department, and no one is responsible for anything. Now the facts: on September 28, after taking time off from work, after sitting for half a day waiting for delivery from 14-00 to 17-00, at 16-50 I received a call - “the car has broken down.” “We’ll deliver on the 29th from 11-00 to 12-00.” The dismantler-finishers arrived at 11-00 instead of 9-00, because before there was no point, there was nothing to work with. Before 12:00 the old one was broken and taken out to the site. The delivery had a “huge traffic jam”, they arrived at 14-00, picked up at 14-30. Finishers, instead of 9-00, started at 14-30 and until 21-30. Of course, we didn’t have time to do all the work. I called the office on the 29th and 30th, the phone didn’t work, I called the surveyor’s cell phone - what happened to the finishing? The office called back and made an appointment for 09.10. The secretary first reminded that the contract says “START of work on September 29,” but after the scandal and explanation of their guilt, she promised to coordinate with the management and call back before 18-00, but she did not call back. Evening, no calls about window delivery, at 20-30 again to the measurer. At 21-20 they called back and set a time. Morning of the 01st call to the secretary, they agreed to finish it on 03.10. At 19-45 I called the secretary, the answer was “don’t worry, they will call you back from the installation department before 21-00”, they did not give the department’s phone number. Nobody called. I asked for time off from work in advance. On the morning of the 2nd, three calls to the secretary, everyone was busy, there was no one to connect with, after a scandal they called back. They wanted to schedule it for 05.10, again a scandal. Half an hour to think about it. We agreed on installers from 08-00 to 09-00, finishers at 13-00. Saturday 10-30 no one. The office doesn't know. Again a scandal, again a thought. The installer showed up at 2 p.m. 17-00 we ask in the office, where is the finisher? Do not know. They promise to sort it out on the 5th. Another scandal. The finisher showed up at 5:30 pm, although he had nothing to do before. In the morning it was loaded with more than urgent work, he doesn’t know about the postponement of the installation, he could arrive at 13-00 and sit again. Installed at 18-00. Finishing until 23-30, again I didn’t have time. 04.10. from 12-30 to 18-00.

In November 2014, I entered into an agreement with Panorama LLC for glazing and finishing of the loggia; the work was performed poorly, namely:
1. Glazing of the loggia:
The glass was scratched, discovered when the sticker was removed.
On the street side, the gap between the fence and the frame is not closed, there is no piece of cornice that should cover the foam and close the space between the fence and the frame, where everything is now getting wet.
The comb is not attached straight, but at an angle.
The window installer (Eldar Dagestan) had difficulty reading the drawing, but after calling the measurer (Ildar MO Zheleznodorozhny) he figured out what needed to be done. While performing the work, everyone scolded the surveyor for making the wrong calculations.

2. Finishing the loggia:
Linoleum does not adhere tightly to the floor.
When finishing the walls, hooks for a mosquito net were embedded on the window frame; now there is no way to put a mosquito net in the frame.
When finishing the ceiling and attaching a clothes dryer, the window does not open completely because of this.
While carrying out the work, the finisher (Andrey Ukraine) also scolded the measurer because he had calculated incorrectly.

3. Electrical wiring to the loggia:
While installing wiring from the room to the loggia, a hole appeared that was not repaired.
Everything stated above was taken into account with the surveyor (Ildar MO Zheleznodorozhny) and calculated by him.
I am determined to send the material to the right place, let them check this dubious company with such unprofessional employees.
If you don’t want to get moral stress, then check which team will carry out the installation for you.
I recommend not to deal with this company, because you will pay for all the shortcomings yourself and also get moral stress.

These are the kind of boors that work in this company. The question arises: Why are measurers needed if they do not bear any responsibility? Most clients do not understand window installation and rely on the opinion of a professional. Is this turning out to be a planned deception? (why, but still) Or the absolute incompetence and disregard of the employee! But in my opinion, the company should bear responsibility for the mistakes of employees.

I contacted the company to purchase and install blinds. What could be simpler? The manager showed me samples. Stopped for blinds - day and night. My main condition was efficiency and the ability not to procrastinate. everything turned out exactly the opposite: The surveyor was surprised by my choice and said that he had such a catalog and perhaps the manager works with another company. Okay, I ordered from what I had. It's time to get your blinds. They called me and set up a time. Which didn't suit me. It turns out they don't care. because I signed the contract and according to this good reason I have to take time off from work. Well, okay, it should be so. I asked over the phone if they would be installed right away? Yes right away. The blinds have arrived. And the workers left. It turns out the installation was the next day((((I realize that I should have sat and read the contract. And not relied on the integrity of the manager and all the company’s employees. When I called, some manager spoke to me dryly and moralizingly and, accordingly, did not make any concessions. The following August, a leak was discovered around the perimeter of the window opening, and a year later the sealing gaskets in the opening frames also began to leak. In the second year, metal fittings began to come out on the windowsill. The mosquito nets are made haphazardly: the net is not tensioned, the ears fly off at the first touch. The plugs covering the reinforcement inside the frames fell out during the first year of operation. Eliminate deficiencies within warranty period(3 years) the company refused. The installers do the job unprofessionally. 50,129 rubles were paid for installing the window. I recommend - windows from the company "Panorama O.S." do not install. Any shortcomings committed by the company will be your own fault.

She asked for protection from the sun, without specifying, the surveyor nodded, they brought transparent windows. Barely noticeable dusting. The only difference is that if you look from the street, the windows reflect a little light, for example, you won’t see a cat walking on the windowsill. Although if the light in the room is on, then the silhouettes are visible. We had full protection on the old windows, film was glued on. They explained to the measurer that the cats were peeling off the film and that spraying was needed. He didn't show what the windows would be like. As a result, we didn’t get what we wanted, and they were placed back and forth. A specialist arrived, also thought for a long time, and called someone. In theory, the stickers should all be inside. But then I saw my reflection, and in those windows where the stickers were facing out, I could calmly look out onto the street, my extra reflection did not bother my eye. We decided that most likely we need to reinstall it with the sticker facing out. then I walked and looked, indeed, the balcony things were not visible from the street. But still there is no darkening, this weak spraying will not save you from the heat. And so, in general, we survived the winter well. The balcony was closed only a couple of times when it was very cold outside. But I covered all the walls on the balcony with special “warm” paint. But the windows are sealed, everything is ok. My craftsmen installed the windows/Thank God/. : On March 6, thieves broke into the second floor and damaged the window. The house is insured.
