Cake
A graduation cake is not always ordered (an expensive pleasure), but more and more often I see in social networks on the pages of former schoolchildren there are photographs of such masterpieces. Sometimes it looks suspiciously like a wedding one, only instead of the figures of the bride and groom there is a school number.
The cake is often decorated in the form of a huge thick open book with a bookmark, on the pages of which there are pictures and wishes to the graduates.
There is an alternative - small cakes (cupcakes) and round cakes on sticks.
Presenter of the official part
Most often, this role is performed by a teacher or head teacher, but you can invite a professional presenter. There is one obligatory condition here! The presenter should receive the text not an hour before graduation, but several days. This is the only way to avoid mistakes and calculate the time correctly. An official part that is too drawn out is tiring, and attention is scattered.
If you want fanfares and flourishes to sound at the right moment, you need to familiarize the DJ with the script.
DJ
As a rule, an experienced presenter always has a partner-DJ (and vice versa :-)), with whom an understanding is established without words. Sound and music hiccups can ruin any scenario, so invest in a professional. He should also be trusted with the choice of equipment, taking into account the area of the room and the number of people (this is just experience).
The playlist (list of songs) is compiled in advance. You can conduct a survey in each class and give leaves with wishes to the DJ.

Lighting equipment
If you have decided on a DJ, additional information about lighting design holidays, as a rule, there is no need to worry. You just need to tell him what you want, for example, a disco ball or a laser. Naturally, for an additional fee.
Photo and video
Responsible position. Read the forums of those disappointed by the poor quality of filming and editing. And also the suffering of those who were able to receive the disk only after 7-10 months. We choose based on our portfolio, collect reviews, and use the advice of last year’s graduates.
And the tips are something like this: most of the photos should be taken in the first half of graduation. Reportage shooting in semi-darkness at a disco rarely turns out interesting, so we show off all the outfits in advance. At the press wall, the photographer can install additional lighting equipment (all sorts of spotlights and reflectors), and then the resulting images will be of the quality of glossy magazines.
For interesting video shooting, one camera is not enough. Someone will definitely cover the lens for a few seconds, and in this case you will be looking at the bustling back at the moment the graduate is presented with a certificate. This is not only a fireworks display on the street, which, in principle, can be organized by any adult man with New Year's experience :-).

Official part
To avoid any hiccups, the person responsible for conducting the official part of the graduation must pay attention to the little things and double-check everything. Then it turns out that absolutely everything is important: awards and certificates arranged strictly according to the script, presentations and music that turn on on time.
Practice presenting bouquets without fuss. Running through this part of the program is important in order to properly allocate time. If teachers and parents are going to be called on stage to give thanks, seat them in the front rows so that you don't have to waste a few minutes on “travel time.”
Those going on stage should not get tangled in wires. Make sure that graduates always look great in photographs (many only have a back view as a souvenir).
The ceremonial part of the program should have a bright ending. This could be a song, a mass waltz, all the teachers going on stage at the same time to music, etc.
Entertainment
Option 1. There is a talented presenter on the teaching staff with extensive experience in holding school graduations. He wrote the script himself, prepared the “cabbage show” - bright performances from schoolchildren, parents and teachers, and conducts the program in a cheerful and relaxed manner. This happens often.
- The downside is that there is no professional gloss that modern events are endowed with, there are a lot of pauses and fuss.
