The office is not far from Paveletskaya metro station, the office looks nice from the outside. At the interview, they didn’t ask me to draw the earth-house-tree.
There is a problem with ventilation in the office, it’s stuffy. I’ll say right away that I was only at interviews. I’m still waiting for a positive answer; I want to work in such a pleasant company. I had a pleasant impression from the telephone interview and from the girls from the HR Department. The interviews went well. I liked the office itself, the atmosphere is pleasant, the team is positive.
My feeling is that the atmosphere in the company is very relaxed, a more work-oriented mood is needed. In front of me, the guy went out 3 times, either to smoke or to eat.. It seems to me that we need to be stricter..
