The higher quality and durable paint you buy, the best results you will succeed. Try to choose a shade 1-2 shades darker than the existing base color. Trying to paint too lightly can give the most unexpected results, so if you want to achieve a lighter color, it is better to turn to a professional.
In order to return the natural color to white fur that has yellowed over time, first lighten it before dyeing. To do this, treat the villi with hydrogen peroxide. Do not over-expose the peroxide, otherwise the villi may deteriorate.

It is necessary to carefully coat the inside of the skins themselves (not the lining) with glycerin. This is necessary so that they do not dry out after getting wet.
And the fur itself should be treated to remove dirt using an alkaline solution, which consists of three teaspoons of salt, one teaspoon of ammonia and a similar volume of detergent. All this needs to be poured into one liter of warm water and a pinch of soda added. Then stir thoroughly.

How to dye a fur coat yourself?

However, this method of solving the problem is not durable, since the balm is gradually washed off when precipitation occurs in the form of snow and rain, and can also contaminate light-colored items located in close proximity to the fur.
Items made from arctic fox fur often lose their attractiveness due to yellowing of the ends of the pile. In this case, there is no need to paint the entire product. It is enough to use an aerosol can to treat suede.

Before you dye arctic fox fur at home, you need to choose a suitable shade and spray it on the surface at a distance of about 70cm. The stretch remains until the product dries completely, otherwise a change in its size is inevitable. The item can not only shrink, but also stretch unsightly, as a result of which it will look even worse than before work. It is not always possible to achieve the desired color the first time you dye it (especially if you have no experience). In this case, it is allowed to subject the artificial fur to this procedure again. It is only important that at least 10 days have passed since the first attempt.
