But the only thing I heard was 100 rubles from their lawyer before one of the meetings,” he noted; Rosenberg believes it was a joke.

Telegraph LLC's lawsuit claims that because of these actions, Telegram Messenger LLP broke off with him employment contract- and demands compensation of 100 million rubles for lost profits from failed cooperation. "I think this lawsuit is an emotional response to my lawsuit," Rosenberg says. His lawyer Yuri Golovin insists that Telegraph LLC did not explain in any way how they calculated 100 million in lost profits.

Rosenberg insists he did not divulge any trade secrets. In his opinion, the company, in principle, cannot bring such a claim against him, since he did not sign any formal agreements on trade secrets that complied with all laws - only an employment agreement, which contained clauses on non-disclosure of certain details of the company's work.

According to him, the possibility of a closed trial forced him to write a post on the medium. “A claim for 100 million is already a cause for concern.
