3. Rights

3.1. The electric forklift driver does not have the right to represent on behalf of the company.

3.2. The driver of an electric forklift has the right:

Receive in a timely manner from the economic department what is needed for work consumables, chemicals, equipment, inventory, other labor tools related to the scope of his activity;

Make proposals to the immediate supervisor on the rational use of loading and unloading mechanisms and other means of labor;

Demand provision of normal working conditions (premises, workplace);

Use of Instructions, orders, regulations, rules and other documents regulating the work of a loader approved by the General Director;

4. Responsibility

The electric forklift driver is responsible for:

4.1. For poor quality and untimely fulfillment of tasks and duties provided for in these Instructions.

4.2. For non-use and/or misuse of the rights granted by these Instructions.

4.3. For failure to comply with Instructions, orders, instructions, Rules and other documents regulating the work of the driver of an electric forklift.

4.4. For failure to comply with safety and fire safety regulations.

4.5. For damage to or careless attitude towards the company's property entrusted to him for use, theft of the company's property and the serviced facility.

4.6. For rude attitude (behavior) when communicating with staff and visitors of the serviced facility and company.

4.7. For untidy appearance while performing one's duties.

4.8. For issuing confidential information about the company and clients or collecting information by penetrating the computer network of the serviced facility or viewing its documentation.

5. Interaction with departments(departments), officials

The electric forklift driver interacts with all functional units (departments) and officials of the company within the limits of his competence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.5. Qualification requirements: secondary education and work experience in similar positions for at least 1 year.

1.6. During the period of temporary absence of the Storekeeper, his duties are assigned to the official appointed by order of the General Director.

2. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Storekeeper:

2.1. Manages the reception, storage and release of inventory items in warehouses, their placement, taking into account the most rational use of warehouse space, facilitating and speeding up the search and release, as well as the safety of inventory items.

2.2. Ensures the safety of stored inventory, compliance with storage regimes, and maintaining records of warehouse operations.

2.3. Ensures compliance with the rules for processing and submitting receipts and expenditure documents, drawing up established reporting.

2.4. Monitors the availability and serviceability of fire fighting equipment, the condition of the premises,

equipment and inventory in the warehouse and ensures their timely repair.

2.5. Organizes holidays, acceptance of inventory, loading and unloading operations in the warehouse in compliance with labor protection rules, safety regulations, industrial sanitation and fire protection; collection, storage and timely

return of returnable packaging to suppliers.

2.6. Participates in conducting inventories of inventory items.

2.7. Monitors the state of safety regulations and takes measures to eliminate identified deficiencies, violations of industrial sanitation rules, and non-compliance by workers with labor protection instructions.

Ensures that employees comply with production and labor discipline, contributes

proposals for imposition disciplinary sanctions on violators.

2.8. Organizes work to improve the skills of workers and conducts educational work in the team.

The storekeeper has the right:

3.1. Give instructions and tasks to his subordinate employees on issues included in his functional responsibilities.

3.2. Monitor the implementation of planned tasks and work, timely completion of individual instructions and tasks by subordinate employees.

3.3. Request and receive necessary materials and documents related to the performance of the Storekeeper and his subordinate employees functional responsibilities.

3.4. Enter into relationships with departments and officials of third-party institutions and organizations to resolve operational issues of production activities,

falling within the competence of the Storekeeper.

3.5. Represent the interests of the enterprise in third party organizations on issues related to the functional responsibilities of the Storekeeper.

4. RESPONSIBILITY The storekeeper is responsible for:

4.1. Results and efficiency of production activities of subordinate employees and warehouses as a whole.

4.2. Failure to ensure the fulfillment of his functional duties, as well as the work of the enterprise’s subordinate services on production issues.

4.3. Inaccurate information about the status of work.

4.4. Failure to comply with orders, instructions and instructions from the administration of the enterprise.

4.5. Failure to take measures to suppress identified violations of safety regulations,

fire and other rules that pose a threat to the activities of the enterprise and its employees

4.6. Failure to ensure compliance with labor discipline by subordinate employees.

4.7. The warehouseman bears full individual financial responsibility for the goods he has received into the warehouse.

5. WORKING CONDITIONS

5.1. The Storekeeper's working hours are determined in accordance with the Internal Labor Regulations established at the enterprise.

5.2. Due to production needs, the Storekeeper may go on business trips (including local ones).

5.3. To resolve operational issues to ensure production activities, the Storekeeper may be allocated company vehicles.
