1. General Provisions

These Regulations determine the procedure for organizing and holding a regional virtual exhibition of children's drawings “Our Tula Land” (hereinafter referred to as the exhibition) for students of children's art schools, children's art schools, colleges and art studios aged 5 to 19 years, the procedure for participation in the exhibition and determining the winners .

The exhibition is aimed at creating conditions for the development of artistic creativity of the younger generation, cultivating a sense of patriotism, love for the native land, its historical past and today's present; introducing young artists to modern digital technologies and artistic Internet resources.

2. Goals and objectives of the exhibition

Objective of the project: to help improve the cultural level of residents of the Tula region through introducing and popularizing children's artistic creativity.

Tasks:

  1. Formation of a civic position and nurturing a feeling of love for one’s native land.
  2. Creating conditions conducive to motivating the development of children's creative abilities, attracting young citizens to artistic creativity and encouraging their creative potential to act for the benefit of society.
  3. Identifying talented children in the field of fine arts and creating additional opportunities for them to demonstrate the results of their creativity to the general public in order to satisfy their need for public recognition and increase self-esteem.
  4. Education and formation of the aesthetic taste of the population, especially the younger generation.
  5. Attracting the attention of the general public to children's creativity.
  6. Improving the tourist image of the Tula region.

3. Conditions of the exhibition

I. The information stage is carried out in educational institutions(April 1 - April 16, 2015)

II. Competition stage:

Posting of digital photographs of the contestants' works in the electronic gallery at the address: (April 16 - April 23, 2015)

III. The final stage:

Posting the results of the competition on the website tuladnt.ru, cultura.tularegion.ru, including the best works in tourism industry products (catalogues, guidebooks, atlases, etc.), awarding the winners (April 27, 2015)

4. Conditions of participation in the exhibition

Students of children's art schools, children's art schools, colleges and art studios aged 5 to 19 are invited to participate in the exhibition.

The following age categories are defined for participation in the exhibition:

5 - 7 years;

8 - 10 years;

11 - 13 years old;

14 - 16 years old;

17 - 19 years old

A competitive selection of artworks submitted for participation in the exhibition is carried out in the painting category. Works can be performed using various artistic materials: paints (watercolor, gouache, etc.), crayons (pastel, wax), pencils (simple, colored), charcoal, sanguine, pastel, ink. You can use mixed working techniques.

Works made in accordance with the themes of the exhibition are accepted. :

1. The region in which I live;

2. My fellow countrymen;

3. Me and my friends;

4. Animals of the native land;

5. Sports;

6. Connection between generations;

7. Tula estates;

8. Places of military glory in the Tula region.

Criteria for evaluating artwork:

Originality of the implementation of the plan (composition, color scheme).

5. Deadlines and procedure for submitting applications for participation in the exhibition

The regional virtual exhibition of children's drawings “Our Land of Tula” is held in April 2015. Participants personally or responsible employees of schools, studios, clubs post digital photographs of works in the electronic gallery at the address: from April 1 to OApril 10, 2015. (Attention! In the application it is important to fill in all mandatory fields (fields marked* ).

Parents of minor exhibitors must write a “Statement of Consent to the Use of Personal Data” (sample attached) and send a scanned document to the email address: mail: [email protected]

6. Procedure for reviewing materials submitted to the exhibition

The winners of the Regional virtual exhibition of children's drawings “Our Land of Tula” are determined by the jury. The jury is formed by the organizing committee from among reputable and experienced specialists in the field of fine arts and art education. The winners are determined by a majority vote.

6. Conditions of the exhibition

6.2. Works in the following nominations are accepted for the exhibition:
- Crafts on the theme “New Year” and “Christmas”;
- DIY New Year's gifts;
- DIY New Year's characters (Father Frost, Snow Maiden,
Snowman, Christmas tree...);
- DIY New Year cards;
- Applications on the theme “New Year” and “Christmas”;
- DIY New Year's toys;
- DIY interior decoration for the New Year;
- New Year's newspapers.
Works made using any handicraft technique are accepted for participation: papermaking, beading, embroidery, knitting, sewing, plasticineography, decoupage, etc.
6.3. Each participant can submit an unlimited number of works for the competition.

7. Criteria for evaluating exhibition works
7.1. Originality of the idea.
7.2. Accuracy of execution.
7.3. Requirements for making crafts (aesthetics, quality, creativity);
7.4. Compliance of the work performed with the theme of the exhibition;
7.5. Safe to use.
8. Organization and holding of the exhibition
8.1. Members of the jury can be educators, specialists, members of the administration, parents (legal representatives), and medical workers.
8.2. The jury evaluates the work and selects the winners.
9. Summing up and rewarding participants.
9.1. The results of the exhibition are summed up and held in MBDOU - kindergarten No.
from December 26, 2014 to December 28, 2014.
9.2. Participants are awarded letters of gratitude and sweet prizes on December 30, 2014 at the New Year's party.

2. Goals and objectives of the Exhibition

2.2. The main objectives of the Exhibition: to familiarize children and adolescents with the creative achievements of other families, to exchange creative experiences among the families of students at the educational institution.

3. Time and stages of the Exhibition

3.1. The exhibition is held in stages from April 12, 2010 to April 28, 2010.

3.2. The exhibition is organized in two stages: qualifying and competitive.

3.3. Qualifying stage: from April 12, 2010 to April 19, 2010. Nominations (individual and group):

Decorative and applied arts;

Art;

Photographic art.

3.4. Competition stage: from April 20, 2010 to April 28, 2010 (exact dates and times will be announced additionally).

3.5. At the end of each qualifying day, the results are announced.

3.7. The venue for the qualifying stage is the technology room (1-17) of the State Educational Institution Secondary School No. 693; competitive stage - hall of the 1st floor of State Educational Institution Secondary School No. 693.

3.8. The Organizing Committee of the Exhibition reserves the right to clarify the dates and location of the exhibition after the end of accepting creative works.

4. Participants of the Exhibition, procedure for submitting works

4.1. Creative works of children and adults are allowed to participate in the Exhibition. Participation in the Exhibition is free.

4.2. The age of the Exhibition participants is not limited, the number of works (individual, group) is not limited.

4.3. To participate in the qualifying stage, creative works in decorative, applied and fine arts are accepted by submitting an oral application for participation to the organizing committee. Participants will be additionally informed about the results of the selection of works by members of the organizing committee.

4.4. The best works are allowed to participate in the competition stage

4.5. Nominations that do not participate in the qualifying stage take part immediately in the competitive stage.

4.6. The application for participation in the Exhibition is consent with the terms of this Regulation.

5. Main content (program) of the Exhibition

5.1. The content of the Exhibition is determined in accordance with its goals and objectives.

6. Exhibition Management

6.1. The management of the Exhibition is carried out by the administration and technology teachers of the educational institution.

6.2. The Organizing Committee of the Exhibition is created by the management of the Educational Institution.

6.3. The organizing committee includes the administration and technology teachers of the educational institution.

6.4. The leadership of the organizing committee is carried out by the director of GOU Secondary School No. 693.

6.5. Organizing Committee of the Exhibition:

  1. accepts applications for participation in the Exhibition, organizes examination of works and determines the composition of participants;
  2. determines the program, dates and location of the Exhibition;
  3. establishes the number of nominations and approves the conditions of participation in the Exhibition;
  4. reserves the right to remove the applicant participant for violation of these Regulations and violation of moral and ethical standards;
  5. represents the winners of the Exhibition for the participation of their creative works in competitions at various levels;
  6. attracts sponsors, organizes advertising activities, ensures compliance with the rights of Exhibition participants in accordance with these Regulations.

7. Procedure and regulations for evaluating the creative works of Exhibition participants

7.1. The evaluation of competition works is carried out by spectator secret voting.

7.3. The executive secretary of the organizing committee monitors the counting of votes and compliance by Exhibition participants with the requirements of these Regulations.

7.4. The finalists and winners of the Exhibition are determined based on the following indicators:

  1. level of skill, quality, culture and technique of work execution;
  2. originality and compliance with the stated topic and age of the participants;
  3. integrity of work.

8. Awarding the winners

8.1. In accordance with the number of votes received for their work, participants can be awarded the titles “Exhibition Laureate”, “Exhibition Diploma Winner”, and also in each nomination – “Exhibition Grand Prix”.

8.2. All participants are given diplomas.

8.3. In each nomination there are: 3 laureates.

9. Additional information about the conditions of the Exhibition

9.1. Registration of visitors begins no earlier than 1 hour before the opening of the Exhibition.

9.2. According to fire safety rules, it is prohibited to display fire hazardous items, including pyrotechnics, candles, torches, sparklers, and decorations that do not comply with fire safety standards.

9.3. Video and photography are carried out during the Exhibition. These materials can be used in the media and on the Internet.

9.4. Participants who win the Exhibition take part in the presentation of the Exhibition at various conferences and round tables (by mutual agreement of the parties) related to the presentation of the Exhibition.
