Rummaging buyer. (this one already understands what he is ready to buy and how much it should cost). B. VIP clients (these uncles and aunts don’t care how much or what it costs, they are ready to pay without looking). And in my opinion, it is impossible to interfere with these clients.
2. Range. And it’s small, really there’s a choice of one, one, two and that’s it.
3. Personally, I don't believe in unconditional returns. Let me give you an example: you didn’t like the jacket and you want to send it, but they tell you that you need to send it to a warehouse in China, but how can you do this if the Russian Post does not accept parcels to China (at least at the time of writing this is so and it was, maybe the rules have already changed).
