The review is awaiting moderation.
On March 8, 2017, I decided to order on the DuhiElit.ru website as it was indicated “Perfumes High Quality at affordable prices." Lately, my finances have been very problematic and I still can’t afford to buy what I used to buy from L’etoile. Having visited the above site, I was slightly shocked by the prices, a bunch of certificates and oaths from the site owners about the quality of the goods being sent. . My order number is DE0-14084. To celebrate, I ordered 3 boxes of Gucci eau de toilette and a couple of Moschino and Chanel oil perfumes. I placed the order immediately, the same evening. There were no signs of trouble. I shared with my friends the good news that that I found a way to save money, that the perfume is a little less durable (6-8 hours are stated against 8-10 hours of the original), but the price justifies it. I had to wait for the 10 days of delivery indicated on the site. During this period, I visited this site several times , I read that when ordering over 3 thousand rubles, you are entitled to a gift. Since the cost of my order is 3187.48 rubles, the hope began to swell within me of becoming the owner of a free gift from practically “wizards on a blue helicopter.”
On March 13, I received a message that my order had been shipped, and the track number was also indicated. And on March 22, a delivery message arrived in the mail.
On March 24, I received a small box, which I examined and even sniffed - I really wanted to find out what was inside. It looked standard and didn't smell at all. Arriving home, I almost immediately opened the parcel. There were 2 bottles of eau de toilette (in addition to the packaging and film, they had decorative packaging on top), 2 boxes of oil perfume and another box. This box was supposed to contain Guilty Black eau de toilette and may even have contained it at one time. This box lay in the MIDDLE of the postal package, which was lined inside with WHITE foam rubber and a crumpled sheet of newspaper (apparently so that everything lay tightly and did not dangle). So this box of so-called “eau de toilette” was thoroughly soaked under the packaging film, but there were no traces of leakage either on the postal packaging, or on the newspaper and white foam rubber, as well as on other boxes lying closely next to each other. Also, this box did not have decorative packaging put on top of the film, like all other bottles, and when opening the parcel there was no strong smell of perfume! When opening the box of water, it was discovered that it was wet - at least squeeze it out, the remaining water in the bottle was about 1/20 (if not less). The plastic trim all fell off the glass and cracked into dust. When touched, it simply crumbled. So does the bottle cap. Which, in principle, could not happen in 10 days of delivery. And now there was a pungent smell.
And now, dear experts - ATTENTION QUESTION: Where did all the contents of the bottle go, as well as the top decorative packaging? The answer is obvious - this piece of shit was placed on me intentionally and consciously. Eau de toilette met an untimely death even before it was shipped! Remember I mentioned a gift for orders over 3 thousand? APPEARABLE THIS IS HIM!!! A piece of garbage as a gift!
I turned to the magical site again and read that you need to send a claim and a payment receipt to the address [email protected], which will be reviewed within 5 working days. I sent my claim on March 24 and am still waiting. Maybe 2 weeks is not 5 working days??? Well, maybe the cunning guys don’t work every day, for example... Maybe in three years, in a situation like theirs (distributing around the country what belongs in the trash heap). Don't know. There was no answer. Either they hid, or died of repentance.
The point of this manuscript is that if you decide to save money, choose another site. People like the owners of the site DuhiElit.ru need to be isolated from society. And so that as many people as possible know about it!! And I didn’t come across any sugary reviews on the same site (written, apparently, by its owners).
A few words about durability. Spraying the original perfume a couple of times in the morning, the smell of perfume comes from my clothes in the evening (and even lasts until washed). In order for the smell on your clothes to remain with these “waters,” you need to water yourself kindly. Spraying 5-6 times. And a couple of sprays are not like clothes - by lunchtime there are no signs of use at all.
