Making it with your own hands is not at all difficult, but purchasing Supplies does not require large financial investments. By organizing a small soap factory, you can literally make pleasant and useful souvenirs for numerous relatives, loved ones, friends and even work colleagues in just a day!

So, how to make New Year's soap with your own hands?

First, you need to stock up on everything you need:

  • The basis. It can be white or transparent, and can be purchased in any craft supply department. You can replace the white base with regular (non-scented) baby soap.
  • With molds.
  • Scales. They are needed if you are not a fan of doing everything “by eye”.
  • A container for melting the base - any iron bowl or ladle, and a saucepan for creating a water bath, as well as a stirring stick.
  • Alcohol in a spray bottle.
  • Fillers: cosmetic oil, fragrance, and dyes (in particular, dry pigment and two spoons (or mortar) for grinding it). In our case, we will use a blue and silver pigment.
  • Brush.
  • Toothpick.
  • A snowflake mold or template, as well as a sharp knife and a board for cutting it out.

It is most convenient to work with silicone molds, which are used for baking. You can take both plastic and plastic ones - for example, sand molds. As a last resort, you can use one large mold and then cut the soap into cubes.

First of all, we will work with a white base. Take 25 grams, melt in a water bath or in the microwave.

Add a drop of flavoring.

Pour into a mold and sprinkle with alcohol to remove bubbles. Let it harden.

Meanwhile, take 40 grams of transparent base and melt it.

Pour the crushed blue dye into a small amount of the melted base. We will get a concentrated tinted base.

Then dissolve the concentrate in the rest of the molten base.

Add flavoring. Mix.

Scratch the frozen white base with a toothpick. This is necessary so that the layers adhere more firmly to each other.

Pour the blue mixture on top.

While the mass hardens, again take a little of the white base, melt it and use a mold to give it a shape.

You can do it differently - pour the base onto flat surface, place the template on top and cut out a snowflake with a sharp knife.

Using a knife, remove the snowflake from the board.

Carefully remove all excess. We will make very beautiful snowflakes from soap.

Melt a little more of the white base, don’t forget about the flavorings. Pour the melted mass over the blue one.

Cut off one of the sides of the snowflake. Glue the snowflake to the white base until it hardens.

Scratch the blue surface with a toothpick.

Pour in the rest of the white base.

Before it hardens, use a spoon to give its surface an interesting winter relief.

Using a brush, we emphasize the relief with silver dye.

When the soap hardens, carefully remove it from the mold.

So we made our own New Year's soap! can be considered completed.

This work is interesting because you can change the shape, color and aroma of soap at your discretion, choosing for everyone what he likes best. DIY New Year's mood

I want to give you 2 simple master classes on making New Year's soap. It is very easy to do, and for this you will need:

  • dyes: brown and red
  • fragrance or essential oil (optional)
  • form
  • alcohol spray

First we make the bottom of the soap. It will look a little like cake. To do this, melt the transparent base in the microwave (after cutting it into small squares), add dye and pour it into the mold. There should be a layer. This will become our “crust”. Then we use the same principle to make the “powder”. Only the layer should be two-layer white and red. After it hardens, you need to chop it finely. Do not forget to make rough edges between layers using a toothpick to ensure strong adhesion of the layers. Pour the white melted base over the brown layer, and while it is still wet, sprinkle with two-layer powder. Sprinkle everything with alcohol or vodka and let it harden. You can cut New Year's soap in any way you like: in the form of squares or triangles, or you can use iron molds and give it a festive shape.

The second option is less complicated. But for this you will need a simple herringbone shape. It can be found in children's dough and sand modeling kits or purchased separately.

We will need:

  • soap base: white and transparent
  • mold in the form of a Christmas tree (snowflakes)
  • rectangular shape
  • green or red dye
  • essential oil or fragrance
  • spray with alcohol or vodka

The first stage is making a Christmas tree. To do this, you need to melt a little white base and pour it into the mold. Let the piece cool completely. Place in a rectangular shape. Then melt the clear base, add coloring and fragrance and pour it over the white soap base Christmas tree. Sprinkle with alcohol and let cool well.

There is nothing complicated in the manufacturing process. If you don’t have a soap maker’s store in your city, you can order all the ingredients in online stores or, simply, buy ordinary soap instead. natural soap white and colorless glycerin.
