3. Rights of a HR specialist

A HR specialist has the right to:

3.1. Demand compliance with the provisions of labor legislation and decisions of the head of the personnel management service.
3.2. Make proposals for improving work related to the responsibilities provided for in these instructions.
3.3. Require the provision of necessary information on issues of your competence from the organization’s divisions within the specified time frame.
3.4. Provide explanations, instructions and recommendations to employees of the organization’s departments on the organization of work within their competence.
3.5. Report to the manager about all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.
