"Polygon: Cadastral Valuation" is a program for preparing electronic documents for transmitting information on the results of cadastral valuation (cadastral value and specific indicators of cadastral value) of real estate objects to the state real estate cadastre by government authorities and local government. The XML file is generated in the format: COST_*.xml, corresponds to the XSD schema STD_Cadastral_Cost.

The program "Landfill: Cadastral Valuation" is independent program, which has an intuitive user interface, is simple and convenient, serves for creating electronic documents (XML files) intended for transmitting information about the cadastral value of land plots and real estate to the cadastral registration authority.

Information on the cadastral value of real estate objects can be transmitted by senders: government authorities of the constituent entities Russian Federation, local authorities, and also according to the format of the document, the sender can be an individual, entity, foreign legal entity. Information about the sender: code and name, full name and position, address Email and telephone.

The program contains the code and name of the recipient (cadastral registration authority), as well as information about the document certifying the cadastral valuation (name, number, date).

Next, the cadastral numbers of real estate objects and their cadastral value (and/or) specific indicators of cadastral value, which must be transferred to the state real estate cadastre, are indicated directly. For each cost indicator, the unit of payment is indicated (there is a directory of units of measurement, for example, rubles per square meter). Information can be transmitted (according to the XML schema) either by cadastral districts or by cadastral quarters.

When generating an XML document, the program checks the correctness of the entered data; if there are any comments, a log of errors and warnings is generated. Then a check is carried out for compliance with the XML schema (format control), and logical control of the relationships between various indicators is carried out. All this allows you to get an XML file that meets all the requirements. After verification, it is possible to sign the received document with an electronic digital signature (for sending information through the Rosreestr portal). You can create a zip archive for submitting information on removable media (flash drive, disk, floppy disk).

The program allows you to print information. Printed documents are generated in the Word package program Microsoft Office, or in the similar Writer program of the free OpenOffice.org office suite. Documents are generated using document templates.

Using this program, you can independently submit information to in electronic format(XML) to the cadastral registration authority without paying intermediary organizations.

Programs are autonomous, independent, i.e. MapInfo and other programs are not required (which saves you money), however, importing from MapInfo, AutoCAD and all sorts of other programs is made very flexible and convenient. Import of extracts from the cadastral chamber and cadastral plan of the territory is carried out in accordance with latest versions XML Schemas. Both text and graphic parts are automatically generated in the Word program of the Microsoft Office suite or in free program Writer (OpenOffice.org), using approved symbols, line types, colors.

Programs allow you to create electronic document(XML file) for submission to the cadastral registration authority according to the latest (current) versions of XML schemes, sign (check for accuracy) files with an electronic digital signature (EDS), and create a ZIP archive for submission to the cadastral registration authority on removable media through the Rosreestr portal.

All programs have demo versions, a user manual, and the programs have tips for each indicator (the necessary excerpt from the order of the Ministry of Economic Development immediately opens), which makes it easy and quick to master the program.
