Unfortunately, the standard accounting edition does not allow the creation of time sheets. This processing corrects this deficiency.

Possibilities for processing "Timesheets":

  • Automatic completion of the list of working employees;
  • Automatic calculation of hours according to the production calendar from the configuration;
  • Changing the working time rate (from 0 to 1);
  • Saving completed timesheets to disk;
  • Printing form T-13.

Attention! If an error appears when using the timesheet and it does not work, this means that you have not completed production calendar. Read about how to fill it out.

The timesheet uses letter designations from the directory of types of time and the corresponding number of hours (I 8, N 2, S 4, etc.). If it is necessary to indicate several types of time (attendance, night, evening hours), then each type is indicated on a separate line. The number of such lines is set by a switch.

To be able to adjust the Timesheet relative to the schedule, you need to check that in the settings of the 1C ZUP 3 program the “Check compliance of actual time with planned time” is not selected:

For example, for situations where an employee has a day off according to schedule, but in fact turns out to be working, the program will not run such a timesheet with the checkbox checked:

How to fill out a Timesheet document in 1C ZUP

For a regular 5-day week, it is not recommended to use the Timesheet document; in such cases, the program takes it well into account using the deviation method.

Let's study with an example when you can use the Timesheet document in 1C 8.3 ZUP.

For example, an employee on a five-day work schedule worked at night due to production needs.

To record the time of such work, we will use the document Timesheet. It is located in the section Salary – Time tracking – Timesheet:

We create a new Timesheet, where we indicate the employee. By default, the 1C 8.3 ZUP program fills out the timesheet according to the employee’s schedule:

When entering information according to the 1C time worked code, ZUP immediately offers the necessary options. Select the required one:

The time worked according to the code is reflected in the Timesheet:

We carry out the document. Let's look at the calculation wages for this period per employee. The program automatically charges additional payment for night hours:

It is strictly not recommended to use the Timesheet document to adjust time for any absences in 1C 8.3 ZUP. For no-shows, it is necessary to enter documents to register deviations.

The time sheet has priority over other documents for recording time worked. Therefore, if you entered a Timesheet document and then made changes to the data for calculating wages, then you need to make these changes in the Timesheet. Otherwise, your salary may be calculated based on incorrect data.

Printing form T-13

Also in the configuration for receiving printed form T-13, to view the time worked by an employee, it is possible to use the Time Sheet report. Section Salary – Salary reports:

Select Timesheet:

A time sheet is generated in form T-13 to view the time worked by the employee:

If in your organization the salary of employees depends on the time actually worked, then you probably know how to keep a time sheet. If not, use our instructions.

To start working with the timesheet, first of all you will need to fill out the production calendar. To do this, go to the tab Settings and select Production calendars.

To keep track of working hours in the 1C: Salary and Personnel Management program, you can use two methods:

  • Deviation method– using this method, the program will record deviations from the employee’s work schedule.
  • Complete registration method– this method includes recording both deviations from the work schedule and the actual time spent.

When an employee is hired, his personal card must indicate his work schedule. If it is not there, be sure to fill it out.

Registration of discrepancies with the established schedule occurs using the following documents: Sick leave accrual, Vacation accrual, Parental leave.

Go to the tab Salary to point Time tracking and create individual schedule for a specific employee (if necessary).

Time sheets must be kept when employees in your organization work on non-cyclical working time schedules. This is also necessary if employee shifts are constantly changing among themselves.

To get started and fill out the timesheet, go to the tab Salary to the block Time tracking and press item Report cards. In the window that opens, use the button Create, create a new document.

The following fields are required: Organization, period.

Then using the button Fill create the document and, if necessary, make your adjustments to it.

The time sheet is filled out in accordance with special letter designations. You can familiarize yourself with them in more detail on the tab Settings in the directory item Types of working time.

After filling out the document, click Swipe and close.

Accounting 8, 2.0, how to create a time sheet?

Menu "Payroll/Timesheet" The header of the document indicates: document number and date, institution, responsible person who compiled the document. If necessary, you can specify the department if the time sheet is issued for several employees of the department at once.
In addition, the document states: 1. period for compiling the timesheet - entirely for the specified month, for the first and second halves of the specified month separately, for an arbitrary period within the month; 2. method of entering time - for each day of the period or cumulatively.
In the "Employees" tabular section, an employee or a list of employees is indicated. When selecting an employee, data on actual time worked is automatically filled in, based on the work schedule and entered deviation documents. If necessary, for any date in the timesheet, you can make an adjustment by specifying (assigning) the amount of time worked (or unworked). In this case, they are adjusted as hours for the main work time, and night and evening hours.
To adjust the hours worked, you need to double-click on the selected cell and enter information using alphanumeric notations. For example, information about the main time worked is indicated by the letter “I” and a number indicating the number of hours worked. In this case, the number must be separated from the letter by a space, for example “I 8”. Night and evening hours are indicated in the same cell separated by a space, for example I 4 B 2 N 2
The symbols for recording the use of working time are indicated in the Classifier of the use of working time (see paragraph “Regulatory (reference) information”).
Important! In case in billing period a timesheet document has been created for the selected employee; when calculating wages, the timesheet document will be taken into account to determine the time worked, and not deviation documents.
When posting a document, the program checks whether there are already “Time Sheets” documents for the specified employees in the specified period. If such situations are detected, an error message is displayed and the document is not posted.
You can indicate unpaid days on the working time sheet:
a) unpaid leave with the employer’s permission;
b) unpaid leave according to law;
c) unpaid additional leave
d) vacation and training are unpaid;
e) failure to appear for unknown reasons;
e) absenteeism.
There must be a norm somewhere for the report card. Go to “Payroll/basic accruals” and on the “time” tab, use the switch to determine the type of time for which the accrual is made.
The "Type of time according to the working time use classifier" field determines the type of calculation type designation in the working time sheet. For example, the payment type "Payment sick leave" appears on the report card as "B (19) Disability."

Let's look at where to find and how to fill out a time sheet in 1C ZUP 8.3. I’ll say right away that you won’t be able to find a time sheet in 1C Accounting 8.3, since it doesn’t exist.

The timesheet is necessary for employees whose salary is time-based. that is, it depends on the actual time worked.

In the program, time worked can be tracked using different methods, or rather two:

  • The first method is the “deviation” method. With this method, deviations from the schedule are recorded (for example, no-shows or, conversely, overtime). Work schedule data is taken as a basis;
  • the second method is the “continuous registration” method. Using this method, deviation documents are simultaneously maintained and the actual time spent is recorded.

Work schedule in 1C ZUP 8.3

When an order is created, it is necessary to set up a work schedule - it records the employee’s planned working hours. If there is a personnel change, the schedule must also be indicated (assign a new one or leave the same one). The “Work schedule” attribute is required in reception or transfer documents. Work schedules in the organization are determined in the “Work Schedules” directory.

In the “Time Tracking” section (the “Salary” menu), you can set up an individual schedule for an employee for a certain period. In this case, the time planned by the main schedule will not be calculated for the employee. It will be determined on an individual schedule.

The working time sheet in 1C is not filled out in the following cases:

  • When all employees of an enterprise work five days a week.
  • When the organization operates several cyclical schedules and there are no deviations, except for time off, vacations, sick leave, etc.

Cases when the timesheet in 1C 8.3 must be filled out:

  • When using complex non-cyclical working time schedules.
  • When an organization constantly changes shifts between employees working on shift schedules.
  • When used in an organization shift methods and so on.
